Due to so many number of participants who have not replied the questionnaire from ATRS ORG regarding the Gala dinner by June 29th, we firstly serve for the participants who replied "YES" about the Gala. Then, those who have not replied regarding the Gala dinner, we serve by following the 1st come, 1st serve policy by the upper limitation. Thank you for understanding.

The name of the place for gala is "La Suite Kobe Oceans Garden"; not "La Suite Kobe Harbor Land."

To those who have not yet replied to the Questionnaire by July 1:

• Meet up at the Kamomeria No.5 before 14:10
  • No food and no return bus service for those who join without registration via the questionnaire
  • Reminder to bring name tag
  • The guide person with ATRS sign is waiting at the pier.

Please wait on the lobby floor.

For Presentors:

1) Bring your own laptop for presentation. HDMI is available at each room (not D-sub).
If the presenter wants to use Apple PC, please bring the connector to connect with HDMI.

2) Before session starts, please check your machine for HDMI connection.

3) You can use wifi at each room.

4) * For sessions with 3 papers, each presentation takes 20 min + 5 min Q&A
* For sessions with 4 papers, each presentation takes 15 min + 5 min Q&A
* For sessions with 5 papers, each presentation takes 12 min + 5 min Q&A
